Yes. All visits happen by secure video from wherever you're comfortable in Arizona. Care is available for patients ages 12 and up.
Do you take insurance?
Yes. Frances is in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Carelon, Cigna, Optum/UnitedHealthcare and UMR. Your coverage is checked before your first visit. Not in your network? You can get a detailed receipt (a superbill) to send to your plan. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona members, please book through Headway at care.headway.co/providers/frances-hall.
Do I need to live in Arizona?
You need to be in Arizona during each visit. That’s a licensing rule. If you’re out of state that day, we’ll move your visit.
