Insurance and cost

Six in-network plans and clear self-pay rates
Know your cost before your first visit. No surprises.
Using insurance
In-network: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Optum/UnitedHealthcare and UMR.
Not accepted: Medicare (including Medicare Advantage) and AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid). If you have either, please call before booking so we can help you find the right option.
What you pay: your plan's copay, coinsurance and deductible for a specialist or mental health visit. Your coverage is checked before your first visit.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona members: please book through Headway.
Out-of-network? Get a superbill (a detailed receipt) to send your plan for reimbursement. Ask your plan about out-of-network mental health benefits.
