ADHD care for teens and adults, online

Evaluation, treatment and medication management in Arizona
What it feels like: Maybe you've always felt “scattered.” Or work and family now ask more than your old systems can handle.
Trouble focusing, starting tasks, staying organized or sitting still can wear you down. ADHD is often missed until adulthood. It's never too late to check.
How Frances helps
1. A careful evaluation. Your history from childhood to now, how symptoms affect work, school and home, and things that can look like ADHD (such as anxiety, depression or poor sleep).
2. Extra input, if you agree. Past records or a parent or family member can help, especially for teens.
3. A treatment plan. Medication, therapy, practical strategies, and support for related concerns.
4. Ongoing care. Regular follow-ups to check treatment and adjust it safely.
ADHD medicine: Frances can prescribe ADHD medications, including stimulants, by telehealth, for new and current patients, when they're the right fit after an evaluation.
The rules: Stimulants are controlled substances, so federal and Arizona rules apply. That can mean regular follow-ups, a check of Arizona's prescription monitoring program, and no early refills. Frances explains what applies to you before you start.
Visits and questions
Who Frances sees: adults with known or suspected ADHD, teens (12+) with a parent or guardian involved, and people diagnosed before who want to restart or continue care.
Visits are by video, for patients who are in Arizona during the visit.
Can I keep a medication another provider prescribed? Possibly. Bring your medication list and past records to your first visit to review together.
Do I need testing first? No. Your first visit is a full evaluation. Had testing before? Please share the results.
Do you take my insurance? Frances is in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Carelon, Cigna, Optum/UnitedHealthcare and UMR. See Insurance & Cost.
