Depression care that starts with listening

Online care for teens (12+) and adults in Arizona

What it feels like: Depression isn't always sadness. You might lose interest in things you used to enjoy. You might feel flat or tired, sleep too much or too little, or struggle to focus.

It's common, and it's treatable. Asking for help is a strong first step.

How Frances helps

Frances Hall, PMHNP-BC, offers careful evaluations, medication and therapy.

1. A full picture first. Your first visit covers your mood, sleep, energy, health, history and goals.

2. Clear options. Medication, therapy or both, in plain words, with what to expect and possible side effects.

3. Steady follow-up. Regular check-ins to fine-tune the plan.

Common concerns: ongoing low mood or loss of interest, depression with anxiety, low mood from stress, life changes or burnout, mood changes in teens (12+, with a parent or guardian involved), and bipolar disorder (mood swings between lows and highs).

Visits and questions

Visits are by video, for patients who are in Arizona during the visit.

How long until I feel better? Everyone is different. Many treatments take a few weeks to fully work. Regular check-ins let you adjust along the way.

Can a parent book for a teen? Yes. For patients under 18, a parent or guardian books the visits and takes part in care.

What does it cost? With insurance, you pay what your plan sets for a specialist visit. See Insurance & Cost.
